Double Small Soap + Strap with Big Tops

• Set of a Soap and a prop to customize to your liking. See "More Information" at the end of this form, which techniques we can use.
• Basic product - Plastic box containing a small double soap dim. 45x45x20mm and weight 40gr.
• Decorative Large Strap on cardboard, with "Big Tops", dim. 25x60(+30)mm, and message (to personalize).
• Customize as you like, the message on the cardboard.

Techniques we can use to customize your product.

1- We use a very particular technique HIGH RELIEF in soaps. It is an innovative technique that TugaSoap developed and results with great visual impact, esthetic and beauty. Choose one of the Soap models that we present you and start write letters, drawings or logos, for us to put them in high relief 2mm. The subjects that will stay in RELIEF are not collages, they are part of the soap and for this purpose we always have to create a specific mold to reproduce your customization. In our larger models we can always put more letters and more designs than in the smaller models. There are some technical restrictions to produce HIGH RELIEF in soaps, if you have the need to send us files with your designs and / or specific font letters, our technicians will analyze these files and check the suitability of your requests and our technique to make a mold. Even if it is not possible to do exactly what you asked, we always try to present an alternative the closest to what you want. Here are some examples of how is the Relief in soaps.

2- Another technique we developed for you, is CUTTING in cardboards. The CUTTING allows you to create more impact on one or other visual element that you want to highlight your message in cardboards. Names, a date, a special design. In your communication, you can use both, this trimming technique and at the same time, the PRINT. There are some technical restrictions to produce CUTTING in cardboards, if you have the need to send us files with your designs and / or specific font letters, our technicians will analyze these files and check the suitability of your requests and our technique to make CUTS in cardboard. Even if it is not possible to do exactly what you asked, we always try to present an alternative the closest to what you want. Here are some examples of CUTTINGS (some in conjunction with print).

3- We also use the PRINTING on cardboards. We use the Cardboards to create props that further embellish your soaps, with them we do sachets or decorative straps, in these props you can PRINT your phrases, drawings or photos. It is the most appropriate technique to leave your text messages, put your photos or complex designs. Here are some examples of PRINTING on cardboard. Note that when you would like to print photos or colorful designs, you must choose a white color for your cardboard, so you will not have color changes in darker backgrounds.

4- See some drawings that we chose for you and which you can use without any problem in the design of your GIFT project. These silhouettes are designed to be used both in creating molds for soaps, as well as in cropping/CUT cardboards. If none of these drawings pleases you, do a search on the Internet and send us the design you would like to see used in your gift (take care not to choose designs that are protected by copyright). Choose silhouettes, avoid drawings that incorporate other drawings in its interior. The drawings must have a minimum size for their sustainability and prevent to be "crushed" by any excessive pressure (in the soaps). Anyway, we'll review your suggestion and see if we can apply as it is presented to us. We always find a solution for you.

5- See some fonts we choose for you and that you can use without any problem in the design of your Gift project. For PRINT on cards, any font can be used, those that we suggest here or any other that you want to send by email. For CUTTING or to put HIGH RELIEF in soaps, the fonts need to have some requirements, including having some thickness (body) and they should not be very twisted. Anyway, we will examine the suggestion that you send us and we will check if we can apply as it is presented to us.

• Only the cardboard strap is customizable. See the variables that are at your disposal. When applicable, you can place: Letters, names, some drawings or logos whatever you want.
• Customizing the strap has a design cost. When the amount is higher than 10 units Sabonarte runs the design free of charge (This design has a cost to the customer when the amount is less than 10 units).
• Size of the strap Cardstock, dim. 25x60(+30)mm, weight approx. 220gr.
• Your message will be applied with printing techniques, laser cutting, or both.
• The soap we present in this product, is packed and has a pleasant aroma (not customizable by the customer, you can only choose the color for the soap).
• Dimensions already packed,  55x55x70mm, weight approx. 35gr.
